Pros

I enjoyed working with fellow Union employees.

Cons

The character of the company is reflected in steamrolling field employees. Training is deficient. Ziply micromanages and doesn't trust its Union workforce. Several Unfair Labor Practices still active. Insufficient pay for living wage in WA. Morale is low. They NEEDED to find new investors hence the reason for the Bell Canada purchase.

Pros

Work from home was great. PTO hours were good

Cons

They out sourced our jobs to the Philippines, then wanted us to train them. I saw the writing on the wall of a possible lay off coming. I went to another company. I tried to come back but seemed to be black balled by one specific Director that because I left I wasn't rehirable, even though I gave two week notice and never had any write ups or escalation.
