      Hardly any pros for working here.

      Cons

      Decisions get changed rapidly, managers make you question everything and to a point you get impostor syndrome. Mangers will play favorites, and only come to you to point out mistakes.

      Pay Flexibility, opportunity and skills gained.

      Cons

      support is essentially nothing.. if anything with installs go wrong, good luck fixing it. Management will tell you anything to make it go away and have you drop it. Working with other teams is almost impossible or requires you to move mountains and by the time it is done, the customer has moved on or had too many negative experiences.
