Pros

- Job position is a union position - The team and supervisors are nice - The position is work from home (only after being forced to make it work from home because it would have otherwise been a serious health risk for no reason other than "we have always been in office")

Cons

- There is no hiring for this or most other union positions which makes it pretty awful beingleast senior - Set working hours that are based on seniority and a large majority of the shifts being closing, weekends and likely working all holidays - Supervisors are paid to quite literally do nothing. They don't know the job, don't have a firm grasp on policies or processes, and don't know how to help you with any situation directly relating to the job. - CEO and company vision seem to be build out fiber Network everywhere they can which results is all positions paying far below market average

The team is very supportive and will help you out with any questions you may have.

Cons

Customers are still under the impression that we're still frontier, and won't work with our system until we assure them we're not them.

Pros

Currently working remote, and love it. The company is still working out kinks from taking over Frontier, but overall I love getting up and going to work every day. Growing pains are a newer companies norm, but they overcome them very quickly. Happy with my company and my career.

Cons

Frontier takeover has been rough.
