      Pros

      I've worked at places like Amazon and Microsoft. The culture here is so collaborative and inclusive. When things go wrong - and sometimes they do - our leadership is not trying find fault or find someone to blame. They are looking constantly how to make things better for our customers and our employees.

      Cons

      It is a frugal environment - like a start up. The company is not spending a lot on things that don't matter to customers but they may matter to employees. If you work well in that environment and understand that mode... it won't bother you a bit.

      Thank you for your feedback. Ziply took ownership 20 months ago and assumed all of the processes the previous ownership had in place.       Pros

      New company, trying to save a sinking ship. I give them credit for putting the money in for new technology and down the road I hope it pays off.

      Cons

      It's not easy saving a sinking ship, most days are rough.
