      We are no longer Frontier

      Cons

      Company wants to freeze wages for 3 years and cut the pay scale for new employees. Outsources work to contractors who are ruining the network and customer property.

      Thank you for your feedback. We have not heard the rumor about cutting wages; nothing is further from the truth. We continue to fill vacancies and add more roles. We're working hard to improve the processes and network we took ownership of May 2020.

      Mediocrity is the Rule

      Pros

      Great teammates. Lots of opportunity to try to improve the work environment

      Cons

      The work environment is mediocre at best. Systems are poor, there is little process, staff is overworked, customers are upset, salaries are below market, Benefits are lacking. Healthcare ceases the day you leave employment, they simply are not competitive in today’s job market.

      Your feedback is welcomed. Ziply took ownership of the pacific northwest region 18-months ago and began implementing improvements across the board starting with our employee experience. Leadership continues to accept and requests employee input that improves the customer experience.
