Pros

The company is great at listening and learning from others who are not upper management. They understand that some are more specialized in other fields then others and take the opinions of people that are not in management in consideration of what is best for the company. Communication is the key factor and working for this company so far has been more then above my expectation. This is a great company to work for! The people and the company's future goals are what will make this company great and successful.

Cons

There really isn't anything bad to mention at all.

Pros

Mission is noble. I will assume positive intent from leadership, Met some truly good hearted folks. I may be being too harsh as what they did in Oregon (at least in or reports) was good.

Cons

Lots of functions you'd think that would be critical to the mission are farmed out. BBB score is atrocious. All of the cliques of a large company with none of the agility of a startup. Internal communication channels are dead and there was very little company pride in victories when they came. No stock options and really bad benefits. Pay is wayyyyyyy below industry average. Work life balance is touted but you're singled out if you're not working over the weekend. Surprisingly large number of jerks hired. Diversity is non-existent. A "we've always done it that way mentality" is pervasive. Just gave off a bad vibe and something is off.

Your feedback is welcomed. Ziply took ownership of the pacific northwest region 9-months ago and began implementing improvements across the board starting with our employee experience. Leadership continues to accept and requests employee input that improves the customer experience.
