The people I work with are amazing. They work together, not just with each other, but also with the communities we serve and our customers to deliver world-class fiber Internet and refreshingly great service.

Cons

If you aren't passionate about improving how people connect to and access everything they do online, or if work is something you do in order to earn money so you can have fun doing something else, this might not be the best place for you. Many of my colleagues also seem to have a work-life balance scale that is heavily weighted toward work.
