Pros

Great people work here and the company culture of camaraderie is high. The company is growing so there are new opportunities… assuming you’re on your supervisors good side.

Cons

You need that camaraderie because the policies change monthly, there is extreme disorganization, the sales side is in a constant disorienting flux. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing among leadership. There is a high degree of turnover and dissatisfaction. Leads are doled out unevenly and sales is feast or famine. Worst of all is that your career is held captive by your supervisor. If they don’t allow you to move forward you don’t move forward.
