Pros

Free food in the break rooms, pay is okay, Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is only out for themselves. HR never responds to employee issues, and most people are afraid to even approach them. What seemed to be a awesome job in the first few weeks shortly turned out to be a total mistake for 3 new employees in my department. This is not a place to stay at for a long time, just a stop on the career journey.

Pros

The work environment is very laid back. You dress business casual Monday thru Thursday and then Friday is a relaxation clothing day. You can wear shorts and flip flops if you like. The provide snacks and drinks throughout the different breaks rooms at no cost to the employees. Most of the employees are willing to help everyone else with whatever they need. The company is growing very quickly, which means opportunities to advice within the company.

Cons

With the company growing so fast there are some growing pains. You may have to work a few different thing outside of your job in order to complete your task. The bonuses aren't great compared to other in the industry. This is on the table to be corrected though.

Challenging work environment. Flexible Schedule. Good people to work with.

Cons

Top management only gives promotions to people they like not based on peoples work or skills. Family oriented if top management likes everything is possible.
