Short commute, free coffee, free snacks (before the run out), pleasant work spaces,

cronyism, nepotism, "elite cliques" that always seem to get ahead at the company, regardless of their past performance in previous job titles. Certain DEPTs continually get unwarranted higher than normal evalutions (which equates to higher percentage raises,) especially if the manager is a member of the "elite"

The people make the place something to look forward to

Pros

The people there are great and there is hardly ever lots of verbal abuse and hostility in meetings or in person. After having been at a place with public shaming, this place is truly one of the most peaceful places to work at.

Cons

Large company, growth and time to do things take a little longer.. as expected.

The remolded portion of the building upstairs is nice, hours are good.

Cons

Unorganized! No communication, and Administration are never responsible for their mistakes Top administrators have no idea how unethical the Administrators.
