Deteriorating Environment

Pros

- Decent benefits - Great group of employees. There are a lot of enjoyable people to work with. - There are some nice amenities - Nice Location

Cons

- Employee moral is deteriorating. Many of the executive management decisions is causing the moral to become very toxic. I have been with the company for a very long time and can see how poor decisions are affecting the company. - Upper management treats the employees as a number and not a person. - There is a terrible communication between sales and development, which causes the deadlines to be completely unreasonable. - The company doesn't seem to understand where to distribute resources. - Company is afraid to advance with the rate the technology world is advancing

A lot of flexibility (working time, dress code); Since it's a small company you get to know everyone well

Cons

Management keeps pushing to get things quicker and better without providing the proper processes, training and resources to get the job done. Senior management promises customers unreasonable expectations.

Pros

Nice office, management listens, security badges are cool if you're into that sort of thing. Overall it was a great place to work but depending on which side of the company you might want to talk with other employees before taking a job here.

Cons

They are a body shop that does in house dev on their IFE system Rave. You might be outsourced to another company if they don't need you that month.
