Pros

Satisfying and interesting work on SWE side. Decent compensation. Option to work from home.

Cons

Management and HR are slow and often incompetent at managing staff in EMEA, many positions are unfilled and many queries go unanswered. Tax season obligations are consistently either delayed or unmet from the company side, from years already. In general EU staff seems to be an afterthought to the company.
