Zones fosters a toxic and manipulative culture from the top down, which makes it a turnover machine. Even the president of the organization called it a “stepping stone company” during a town hall meeting. Employee morale is absolutely awful, and rightly so. Micromanagement across the board. They are very much a company that does things “the way we’ve always done it” instead of trying to evolve and be better.
No cohesiveness across the organization. Each department points fingers at the other to avoid blame. The only thing that is consistent is an attitude of “that’s not my job”.
Benefits are terrible and continually getting worse, 401k match is a joke. “No work from home policy”, but many employees are remote and don’t have offices so they work from home?
Compensation is well below market value, don’t count on a raise or a bonus either.
No career development or paid training. If you want a training or certification, you’re paying out of pocket and taking your PTO to further your career with no incentive at the end.
Any positive reviews here are very obviously made by HR, no employee that’s actually worked a day here would write those things.
You should really think twice if you’re leaving a good job to come here.
