      RUN from this company! Worse professional experience of my career. If you are considering coming to Zones, don't!

      Pros

      Good insurance package, but dental coverage is minimal. Good overall training if you put forth the effort. Good working relationship with top OEM's.

      Cons

      Made a HUGE mistake by coming to Zones and I will always view it this way. No matter what I do, or amount I sell, it will never be good enough. I'm watching my peers self-worth depreciate quickly. This company will suck the life out of you.

      Take job here as last resort for income

      Pros

      You get paid, so you may be able to pay some bills if your not married with children, have a house payment, car payment or need to pay for dental, vision or save for college. Plan to take only if you need to get paid asap. Plan to immediately update your resume, plan to stay 6-12 months and move on to a place that will value you and pay you better.

      Cons

      This company is cart before the horse at all times. Upper management makes constant changes and is on fire alerts daily. There is no focus regardless of what they say about helping you get the skills you need to move forward in your career path. They don't really give you pay increases when your title and responsibilities go up. They wrap your cost of living that is "optional" to your performance of goals. These goals are even 20-25% more than actual partner goals. Meaning you rarely get bonuses. I could go on but clearly not a happy camper.

      Pros

      The only "pro" that can be mentioned is the location of the office. With this being said, Zones will be switching their office location in Spring of 2016.

      Cons

      The reviews speak for themselves. Very high turnover due to a terrible business model. Zones is new to the SLED space and the company refuses to invest in developing their brand. CDW dominates the market and Zones has shown minimal effort to slow them down. Tons of empty promises starting with a below average salary. While this is a sales position and you're able to achieve uncapped commissions, the support staff surrounding these efforts are horrendous.
