      I honestly cannot think of any...wait...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR CAREER!!!

      Cons

      Where do I start...company layoffs with absolutely no notice, letting people go via phone calls at the end of their last day, changing comp plans mid year to lower overall comp. Creating comp plans that are intentionally complicated so that you do not make money. A culture of fear intentionally created to drive "productivity" but instead drives good employees out the door. NO Managed Services Product. Suspect delivery. No long term plan. Need I say more

      Shameful exploitation of a significant component for a company's diversity platform,

      Today, Zones published this statement on social media, yet doesn't offer MLK as a recognized holiday for employees...another example of their "bait and switch" corporate culture. Shameful to exploit the MLK legacy like this; no honor here: "Today, we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who gave everything to make the world a more tolerant place. As a business founded in diversity, we’re committed to advancing that cause in any way we can. #MLKDay"

      It’s a job. You get a check. People are okay. It’s an easy job as long as you don’t take it seriously and use it as a stepping stone to something else within a year or two.

      Cons

      Everything else...churn ‘em and burn ‘em company culture. A training class of 30 may retain one employee for longer than 2 years.
