Pros

Only good thing is that it was a stepping stone into my next role at another company that actually respects me.

Cons

What isn't a con? It is a sweat shop that hires kids right out of College with hopes of making a lot of money which are soon dashed because the truth is you don't make any money and run like a boot camp. Most employees are drunk or high most of the time which I am sure makes upper management bearable to listen to. VP's act inappropriately with staff and they hire felons and drug dealers but look the other way because they sell their products. Management allows AE's to have inappropriate conversations with customers over the phone so that they will buy more stuff and encourage them to send half naked pictures to them as well so they will get all their business. I find Zones disgusting and a place where high school happens all over again. So if you want to be picked on by upper management and your co-workers and made to feel like you will never be good enough then I am sure you will fit right in.

Pros

potential to earn good money, good hours, lots of perks and free food

Cons

you are expendable. You need to be able to grasp the concepts of the IT world...be able to build out a server and have basic knowledge of how a data center works. You will have to depend on the support of "experts" who will routinely come up short when meeting dead lines or will make mistakes that will cause you to conduct damage control with your customers

Pros

Free breakfast a lot, good first job out of college, potential to make a lot but takes a long time to actually get there, company seems to be going in the right direction

Cons

Lots of internal issues, micro managing can be out of control at times, the turn over is crazy and the Chicago office lacks enough resources to be efficient
