Pros

Good starting point if you are fresh out of college.

Cons

More micro management then leadership. Very high turn over rate. Hire kids right out of college so you work in a very immature environment. Not a lot of opportunities to move up. Everything is who you know not what you do. It's all about politics, if you book your numbers you can be late everyday and they will look the other way. Company sucks you dry and fights you on spiffs and margin or doesn't give it to you at all.

opportunity knocks, you make your future, you hold the possabilites, you are only limited by limitations placed on yourself.

Cons

in the current state of transition from smaller company to large corporation, there is a lack of stability.

The people and the low layers of management

Cons

There is no defined growth path. Zones doesn't utilize their people full ability. They prefer to higher new people who seem to never work out. Trying too grow to big, too fast. Zones has lost sight of the pace, and the people, that got us here.
