      Internal structure killing/ severely limiting growth at Zones; Managers more into protecting their jobs than helping their employees or their customers; well known for paying 30% below industry pay scale.

      A Paycheck, that is about it. The location isn't bad either. Some of the employees are nice.

      Cons

      The software inside sales management team is horrible. They are very underhanded, love to lie, and get rid of people who don't brown nose.
