      Pros

      The company is on a great growth path. Lots of changes in process. Sometimes too often, but as they say change is good. You get a lot of freebies from the partners like mouse pads and all that. Nice people to work with mostly.

      Cons

      Three directors in three years have changed in MIS. Two QA manages in 2 years. 3 dev manages have come and gone in 2 years. Currently we dont have a dev manager or a QA manager or a PM or a MIS Director. Sad. Expected to work on weekends. Very frugal in terms or training, machines, or pay.

      Pros

      Team members are for the most part really fun and nice. Everyone bonds over the common pain caused by the workplace and work.

      Cons

      Really depressed salespeople and terrible commissions. For your deal to go right, you have to hope everyone else does their job right. if not, guess who is going to fix the problem they caused? And can you guess whether that person that messed up really cares to help you after the deal is done?
