High expectations on growth and sales delivery!

Poor executive leadership, vision, and overall effectiveness steering the company in a positive direction. All of the recent turnover at high level positions is proof that the guy pulling all the strings, has no idea what he's doing. His approval rating supports this, as does all of the unhappy people who work there currently, or worked there in the past. I made a lot of money at Zones, but couldn't stomach all of the terrible decision making at the top level, which was having such negative impact on everyone beneath. This isn't a place to go if you want to work with any level of confidence in your leadership, or have any level of integrity in yourself.
