Fun environment, lots of young people working here, free food all the time, great management that are very likable and knowledgable. Great bonus structure if you meet your goals- you can make another 15,000 a year earning bonuses

Cons

It's a difficult job and has ups and downs just like any sales job. People get frustrated, but the ones that stick it out will see a huge pay off

Great coworkers. Growing and successful company.

Cons

Almost complete chaos when it comes to software development. No concept of quality. A lot of time wasted fixing things that should have been done right the first time.
