Pros

Highly trained management Excellent Training Great Benefits Fun environment Great performance incentives Zones invests a lot of time and effort in their employees to insure they are well trained and informed in their field. As an Account Executive you are supported by some of the most highly trained experts in the tech industry. This gives you a huge leg up on the competition when it comes to getting clients the information they need to make informed decisions. Zones goes the extra mile when it comes to acknowledging their employees with tons of incentives, contests, prizes, and awards. All in all it's a great company to work for.

Cons

The training can be relatively intense for people with little or no past experience in high tech sales.

Pros

Zones provides great sales and product training. This is a place where you can come in with little or no sales experience and come out with some great experience for your future endeavors. Zones is well respected because people know how hard we work. If you are looking for a company you can grow and have upward mobility, Zones is not it. Zones is a great stepping stone for where you want to be in your career.

Cons

I was fortunate enough to have a great manager however more often than not managers don't know what their doing and do not know how to manage properly. The leads situation is ridiculous, they are having us call on bad leads over an over again. Very, very low cost operational model that does not compensate any of their employees what they are worth. They would rather bring people off the street with no experience and pay them $10 an hour than transfer an internal employee. role.

Pros

co-workers, they were the only thing that kept me sane while I was there. It also helped make my next job look amazing in comparison! You can also acquire a lot of free, useless crap if you're into that kind of thing.

Cons

Horrible management style, pressure to do things in a certain way even if it is a complete waste of time or non-beneficial to your book of business, too much emphasis on stats such as dials instead of actually building long-lasting relationships with clients, and in order to meet their numbers employees are forced to basically harass customers almost daily which makes both them and the company look bad and unprofessional. DO NOT work for this company!!!!
