      Best only as a stepping stone to other opportunities

      Pros

      - decent work/life balance, once it's 5:00 most people are out the door

      Cons

      - senior management is barely visible....unless you do something wrong - there's not a lot of support between departments, making for a very adversarial environment - high turnover rate in the sales department, sales staff not very highly trained yet they play the blame game with other departments when things don't go their way

      Pros

      My coworkers were great and made work worth while. They served breakfast most of the time and provided lunch every now and then.

      Cons

      The management was not supportive. During trainings management would say, "The dumber you are the better at this job you will be." Management would also tell account executives that, "You're not paid to think, you are paid you dial."

      Should use their own professional services to keep internal IT using something that was designed after 2001 Executive leaders are not leaders. It is my way or the highway IT department is led by an outdated and CIO that doesn't understand customer or employee support. Old boy network, make sure you have a connection or you will be gone if you standup and provide leadership and suggestions to make Zones competitive Check your energy at the door if you want to move forward
