Pros

Good peer co-workers. Free breakfast in sales dept.

Cons

Director of IT is a very cheap. Sub-par workstations. Crappy monitors. Would never buy software. Had to find freeware to do your job. Dev and test hardware VERY old. Would not use new software technology. Always denied for upgrades. REALLY??? We sold the stuff and we couldn't get any? Pretty sad! Unrealistic timelines. CIO / CTO - does not care about growing IT to reach next level, only making more money. Do more with a lot less. Does not care about employees / attrition. If you don't tow the line and go with the flow, your gone. After three months, I realized this was not a place to be long term. It was to be treated as a classroom / stepping stone and learn what you can to move on to something a lot better. Salary was well below industry median for my position. My raise after one year (can't believe I stayed that long), was a slap in the face. Benefits were terrible. Since i was not paid market value, i could not afford the overly expensive insurance.

Pros

Free trinkets, breakfast and lunch occasionally.

Cons

The leads are terrible and dried up, expect to call the same company two or three times in one day. Favoritism is worse, the superiors are incredibly disrespectful, rude and flat out lie to you. They hire on about 10-20 people at a time then fire you in less than 6 months taking your acquired accounts and commission while reassuring you that you are not going to get fired. Co-workers just randomly disappear on a weekly basis. Communication between departments is a mess which reflects poorly on you and makes you look even worse in front of a customer. The senior Account Executives are very odd, I suppose you would have to be to stick around at a place like this.
