But when it comes to Indian location of Zones especially in Noida sector 63 stellar IT park office which there India headquarters is pathetic in office politics , No team effort , Everybody is trying to save their job every day which creates huge level of uncertainty in employees mindset , People should understand that if there are excellent in there job no one on this earth can beat them , There is No scope or very slow growth . Lots of politics are there among the employes , This review is only for Noida location. Rest is on your skills. But work life balance is good . The senior management I mean the C- Level managers are amazing they have a huge experience and they carry finomial clientele. But in this org specifically in noida people need to come out of there comfort zones and should work as a team . Rest I am happy here as my work life balance is amazing .
