Run far away. Find something new

Pros

No longer any pros working here find a new job quick.

Cons

Extremely Low salary equivalent to barely above minimum wage. Was tolerable when I first started here, now all the Fun, good environment is gone. They've taken away the free breakfast, vendor fairs and even now socializing and texting.

Experimentation and evolution bordering on revolution

Pros

It is a place where you can explore risky ideas and experiment to a degree, but it’s also a safe place where if those bets didn’t pay off, it doesn’t result in a resume generating event. I have been blessed to work with some great teammates and managers that valued my ideas and fostered my professional growth. Great commute and don’t have to live in high rent district. Senior executive across all business units are highly accessible and open to ideas for improvement.

Pros

Company seems to be heading in the right direction hiring talented pre-sales engineers. These talented people collaborate well with Account Executives and customers.

Cons

VP's of the solutions group lack the ability to lead a solution focused organization. There is a lack of accountability to move things forward. Also there have been times that upper management has missed bonus payouts due to simple over sites. Hence talented people leave the organization.
