A paycheck. One of the worst work experiences I've ever had.

Cons

Bait and switched proposed hourly rate to a lower rate after interview. Part of the terms for employment was working from home 2-3 days a week which was rescinded after 3 weeks of employment. Work flow models, risks and gap weren't recognized in the design phase. Management is not engaged with core work and only concerned with the profile of large scale projects. Very unorganized.

Ownership does not care about their sales teams, Only management. Management has zero to no experience managing teams of sales people Pay is below average Company does not pay their commissions to sales people Company pays to have the "Top places to work in Portland" posted in their office Favoritism and sexiest managers No real understanding of who Zones is, just tries to copy or undercut competition
