Pros
Theres not a whole lot but the people and trainings were good here.
Cons
Where to start? Company culture is absolutely terrible, everyone walks around like a drone because of how crazy the metrics are. You're expected to keep a book of business but managers are constantly shoving "getting new business down your throat" and frown upon you helping your BUYING customers during call blitz. Managers are very lackluster to say the least, with the exception of a few. The compensation was not great due to poor margins so you make very little even on "big deals". Out of my time there only 3 people from my training class who are left and have heard several horror stories of employee purging going on. Theres a particular manager there who I wont say his name but he definitely plays favorites in his department, always felt like he didnt really care for some of his employees and was trying to push them out but acted like he was friendly in there face. His micromanaging skills, for lack of a better word, were very in your face. Theres alot that Zones can do to improve and I think the biggest one is valuing your employees, maybe take a step back and ask yourself why none of your employees stay or why everyones looking for jobs while on the clock? Also being forced out because you want to change departments, that seems pretty unreasonable to me. I cant wait for the day I hear something good about Zones but i wont hold my breath.
