      Not located in Seattle- easier commute than most Food provided occasionally from vendors

      Cons

      Too many changes over multiple departments which caused vast change throughout the organization. This company does not have any positive culture whatsoever. Marketing runs the company as they are the one with the $ and all other departments rely on vendor's dollars to keep the company afloat. Compensation changes numerous times over the course of the year which deflates employees.

      At he beginning, a great place to work.

      Cons

      When the owner (Firoz) fired he CEO and took over the position himself, the entire Way of working changed. Mass firings and layoffs, management by fear instead of a support structure. Zero training. No focus as to what core business initiatives were. replacement of mid-level managers by hatchet men to reduce or eliminate staff.

      Pros

      Good food. Not every day; Quarterly. Good parking. Nice drip coffee.

      Cons

      Sales oriented culture if that's what your looking for than it's for you. If applying for any technical position you will feel left out and be that nerd in high school surrounded by "cool" people. The pay is very low compared the industry.
