      Close commute. My team works hard.

      Very low wages in comparison to like companies. The company does not care about its employees at all. The moral is low and is C level heavy.

      Pros

      If you are looking for your 1st full time job in the IT industry, choose this company. Your goal should be to learn as much as you can in a short period of time and then move on, quick!!!

      Cons

      Can't sustain a strategic direction for more than six months at a time. Benefits and compensation are the worst in the industry, always looking for ways to take money out of employee pockets. Unethical, amoral good ole boys club.
