      Pros

      Pay is decent and benefits are good. Exceptionally good a fulfillment.

      Cons

      Leadership is without a rudder. Management changes quickly and along with it corporate strategy and direction. When a company is run by the owner, their personality flaws are magnified to the detriment of the company. Like a Walmart, the array of goods are staggering, but the services available to customers are laughable and over-priced

      I technically made a paycheck.... kind of

      You are not safe, you will be fired for almost anything, it is a complete CYA culture and no one cares about anything other than trying to stab you in the back to make themselves look good. They pay 1/3 of what the job is worth at any other company.
