Pros

There appears to be some really nice people working at Zones but they are stuck in an archaic process and some of the people there are still stuck in their old bad habits.

Cons

Long interview process. Negative reviews shouldn't be ignored about this company. Went through interview process with flying colors only to be stymied by one individual and company will go radio silent on you. Not the way to keep a positive image and promote a goodwill brand. Very disappointed on the way the interview process was handled.

Pros

I cannot think of anything positive at this time. Overall rating would be less than 1 star if that were an option.

Cons

Too many VP's - every upper manager is a VP Benefits are below sub-par Salary is below industry standard Comp plans are a joke and they make changes that affect your pay at will Quotas are completely unrealistic and have nothing to do with actual business They push reps to sell products and services that they cannot deliver Clients are commodities, they do not care about relationships Employees are commodities, they do not care about their employees There are people that have been there way too long, getting fat and complacent, and out of touch with the industry No company credit card, all expenses paid upfront and then reimbursed - it's a $2 Billion company that is run like a Mom and Pop. They'll take 5 cents off your expense report if your tip was over 15% or you spent more than $40 a day on meals. The per diem was $40/day 15 years ago! You have to have a receipt for any expense over $5.00.

Pros

The company invested in me and I was able to grow my career.

Cons

Managment needs to be stronger. Some very good, others very lazy. Too top heavy. Low pay. Leadership often rules by fear and not motivators.
