      Where to begin. The CEO wakes up and changes his mind daily. You never get paid what you're supposed to on your commission. Once you establish a relationship with a customer they'll pull the account from you because they don't want to pay you. Your inside team will always change. The commission structure always changes and never to your benefit. The delivery process sucks. This is a horrible place to work.

      There was a lot of freedom to do what you wanted on the job.

      Cons

      I think the company has had trouble and still has trouble getting business due to multiple factors. Essentially they limited their business to public sector which is hard to establish communications other than a phone call to potential clients. Needless to say cold calling as a base for sales is an obsolete sales method today. Its a good conversion tool but thats it. Nobody got any sales on account of this.
