Internal competition reigns - IT systems are antiquated and trailing edge - nFrastructure team, all the great people, was gutted, pushed out - new Leadership working to improve and change culture are jettisoned or quit within months - HR enables toxic culture in a co dependent approach - as the Tik Tok meme goes.....RUN!
