Pros

Was better back in the office, more perks. Direct management was nice. But definitely micro manage way too much. Perks don’t come from zones, they come from the partners.

Cons

They sent us home at the beginning of covid with no equipment besides our laptop. Couldn’t take anything from our desk not even our crappy monitors. Sent us out a monitor 10 months after we were sent home, like it mattered by that point. Constantly trying to snake you out of money and changing the commission plan. Not allowed to talk to others about your pay, was told I would get written up. Trainings every single morning on irrelevant technology just because Zones gets paid by the partners to host them.

I applied to a job opening, had a phone interview that went really well, and the staffing manager set up a virtual interview conference for almost a month away. I spent the month studying and preparing for the interview. The morning of the interview I sat at my desk and waited and... nothing. No call, no email, nothing. I emailed the staffing manager asking about it, and never heard back. I can't believe I was ghosted during the interview process. Shockingly rude and unprofessional.

Pros

Coworkers can be great, it is remote which is nice.

Cons

Stale pay that is HEAVILY under industry standards, you will not get raises. Management will blatantly lie to you, I’ve seen coworkers be reprimanded after bringing up the lack of raises after being told they would receive one by a certain date. Minimal training, you will be thrown to the wolves.
