Pros

Good company to learn sales skills and opportunity to advance quickly within the company. Potential to work on small and medium sized projects and make decent money from bonuses.

Cons

Started out a nice place to work but high turnover, low morale, and questionable business tactics has hurt quality for associates as well as clients. Poor communications through out the teams is problem.

Pros

The team I was on was a lot of fun and spent a lot of time during and after work team building.

Cons

The company doesn't care about personal growth, instead they care about the teams growth which stifles the individual employee from moving to new teams and new positions. This was the first company I worked for where getting promoted was held off because I was responsible for filling the position I would be leaving.

Pros

Thorough trainings, fun work environment, positive culture, open office environment, great company to get sales industry experience and technical knowledge of sales practices and IT products

Cons

The things that made it a fun place to work are slowly being taken away one by one. The trainings are fewer, the catered breakfasts are a thing of the past, the events designed for partner interaction have been moved to outside of work hours and have become optional. There used to be more small things that kept people complacent in a high stress job. There is a large lack of communication between departments on both small and large issues and changes. People are hired on to believe one thing and eventually find out that it was misinformation, not necessarily meant to be because of the interviewers misrepresenting the job, but more out of lack of knowledge. It takes at least a year to start making money, which is not necessarily a con, just more of a caveat. Building new business for the company if you are an account manager involves a lot of gold calling, and the lists of companies you are given are not necessarily vetted. A lot of success lies in waiting it out at least a year until other people quit or change positions and you inherit their book of business. There are lots of promises made that are never kept. Timelines aren't stuck to, some things never happen, and there is a lot of upset in the office when changes aren't made when they said they would be.
