Pros

Lots of free junk food (including some free lunches) - every hear of the freshmen 15? There is such a thing as the "Zones" 15 too.

Cons

Let's start with a few obvious things to look at. #1, their "new" CEO carries (and prefers) a Blackberry. That's right. CEO of a billion dollar TECH company carries a Blackberry. Shocking. #2 Management is inept in properly developing teams, coaching, mentoring, and hiring. #3 There is so much gossip in this building, it can make your head hurt. #4 They hire anyone (yes, anyone) and everyone for sales. Walk their sales floor and it just feels like a graveyard of people who couldn't "make it". #5 Salaries are VERY low. Drive 20 minutes North and increase what your earning potential is.
