      - Disorganization and unclear company objectives at times - Structure not as advanced for a tech company - Fear of Layoffs since 2022 - RSUs changing to PSUs based on company performance - Promotions are few and far between

      -Lots of work needs to be done, so lots of opportunity for impact -C-suite used to be very transparent, and they generally seem competent and great to work with

      Cons

      -Lots of micromanagement, and (middle) management in general that does not seem to know what they're doing -Very rare to see engineering efforts highlighted and pushed, except in the most superficial of ways -Removal of benefits
