Great company, still feels a bit like a start up

Really nice, competent people and good work-life balance

Cons

Feels like Zoom grew too fast and had to hire a billion people during the pandemic when sales skyrocketed and now is trying to figure out how to recreate those times.

Full time remote work Great benefits

Cons

There are only 3-4 leaders involved in running the entire company, and everyone bows down to them. It’s impossible for those 3-4 leaders to be experts in all topics. The company is still run like it has 300 employees. Big decisions are made via chat channels.
