      Zoom does really good things for society and the impact it had during COVID will always remain in the history books.

      nice and talented coworkers in my department

      Cons

      i just want to point out that, some employees in San Jose office talk trash about their coworkers in Chinese in public (during lunch time for example), and it really bothers me as i understand the language and suffer from the negativity. It is ok to speak Chinese in the office, though i never heard any Spanish or Hindi, but pls dont trash talk your coworkers. It is just too shady.

      Strong executive leadership who still care about employees and opening to changing to better support employees, processes and customer

      Cons

      Middle management severely unaligned to executive team's culture (especially before the pandemic), internally processes bogged down by approvals and tickets, culture going by the wayside quickly which is dramatically impacting customers
