Pros
I find it pretty unique to work at a place where you know 100% in your heart that the company is moving in the right direction and changing the world in such a beautiful way. It's really hard to describe how positive of a working environment and company culture Zoom has, but let me try to put it this way... I have worked at a number of companies, where I've held this exact same role, and this is the very first time where I've found myself getting excited on Sundays because I know that THE WORK WEEK IS ABOUT TO START UP AGAIN. Almost bewildering...

As we continue to grow and hire more people, it's going to require more of a commitment from each individual to preserve the culture that makes this place so special.
