Pros

Awesome company culture Supportive management Good pay and benefits Product is solid, so it is easy to sell and support Lots of opportunities to learn and engage with senior product engineers Hard work is acknowledged publicly to others in the company The company wants the employee to be happy so that they can make the customers happy

Cons

As with any customer service job sometimes customers get angry, but it is rewarding to try and deliver happiness to those types of customers as well. Occasional paid weekend shifts are expected Remote offices don't have as much opportunity for advancement or movement within the company.
