-work schedules that allow for your personal life to be your priority! 3.5 full working days per week for full time staff! -managers that actually care, they devote time regularly with every single employee to check in and see what we can do better -GREAT BENEFITS! -even better people!

Cons

-High turnover, but I think this is more of a global issue and not specific to ZOOMCare -Lower than the norm salary ranges for managers

- Incredibly smart and dedicated co-workers - Patients love our model; ease of access, incredible clinic teams, efficient care - Very open, diverse and welcoming culture - I've worked in many other organizations and BY FAR Zoomcare is the most transparent and open place to work I have ever experienced. - Taking significant steps to make improvements on a variety of topics - The new CEO is changing the culture and placing an absolute emphasis on listening to and incorporating feedback from the clinic teams - New managers are making a big difference in how clinics are operated and supported - Work life balance is right where it should be

Cons

- The company has doubled in size over the last 2 years. Anytime this happens there are going to be mistakes and there will be processes and systems that don't work as well as they did when the company was smaller. - Change can be challenging but it is necessary - Businesses have to make difficult decisions especially during Covid and I feel that they are doing a better job of explaining why.
