Pros

Smart people who want to do good work Flexible New leadership at different levels within the company and departments. They really seem committed to making the positive shifts necessary to reverse poor leadership practices from the past. You can actually impact change

Cons

There’s skepticism due to poor past leadership to wade through. Technology gaps/systems—this is a big con for employees. Could improve holiday benefits to be more competitive.
