Great mission. Great offering. The core experience for patients is excellent. The folks in the clinics are great (operations and clinical staff).

Cons

There is no strategy. The leadership has turned over often and the future direction is unclear.

Great healthcare benefits, a lot of 1-1 time with the provider so you can increase your knowledge in the medical field.

Cons

management is rude, strict, and does not care about the employees.
