Pros

Zoomcare is an excellent place to work with flexible work schedules that allow for great personal life balance. Senior Leadership truly care about their staff and operational decisions are made with the patient being the #1 focus- as healthcare should be. This is shown through the hyper focus on things like employee surveys and consistent reviews and feedback from patients. I love it here! My co workers are awesome too!

Cons

Healthcare is hard sometimes. Sometimes the days are slow (less than 10 patients) but sometimes days are really busy- (20 patients and your clinic buddy calls out leaving you as the solo provider for the day). Life is what you make it though and the reason I’m a provider is to provide care to patients… it’s okay if it gets a little busy from time to time.

Pros

Good Work-Life Balance: Many roles allow for a reasonable work-life balance, with flexible schedules and defined working hours for certain teams, Fast-Paced Environment: Ideal for those who thrive in dynamic and constantly changing settings.

Cons

Toxic leadership culture with lack of accountability and transparency, Superficial commitment to diversity and inclusivity, Overburdened employees due to leadership’s focus on optics over sustainability, Patients are often misled about services and care availability, Headcount reductions create fear and instability among staff, Leadership is detached and lacks empathy for employees’ well-being.

Pros

Seems like a good opportunity for medical staff. Some paths to advance for entry level medical staff and an alternative lifestyle for providers (though I'm not sure how long that will last). Some flexibility in terms of working from home for some staff

Cons

The place makes no money so you never know when the ax will fall No clear goals or expectations set for managers or their teams to track to Excessive micromanagement Terrible leadership Poor planning and execution of projects A real boys club
