They are a sinking ship

Pros

There used to be some but they have all been fired

Cons

ZoomCare has always operated with a lot of unpredictability and last-minute decision-making. Even six months ago, I would have cautioned anyone that it was a challenging place to work. But with the recent layoffs of 68 employees—including the entire HR and training teams—there’s now no clear plan for how new hires will be trained or onboarded. Honestly, I’m not confident the company has much runway left. If you accept a role there, it’s possible you may only get a few months of stability before more significant changes—or even a shutdown—occur.
