Pros

- You can get experience with many different platform and tools, even so the tech isn't in the center in the company (500/2500 are tech workers) - Some workers are really fun and smart. - Working from home while the Covid Time, could take your monitor and keyboard and mouse to your home.

Cons

- Work-life balance does not really exist, the US guys pretend that they care about the Israeli Time Zone, but they never, If you want to be more involved you have to work on evening/nights. (Most of the guys in infra group are in us) - You can be the best worker ever, work so hard, but if you are not part of the US clique or the Israeli clique (yes, even different cliques!), don't except to get appreciation, don't except to get promoted. - Lots of politics (And Titles matter!!!) with high level mangers/directors spending lot of time on micromanagement. - Because of the fast growing, and people who "were first" got prompted, the technical management seems really disorganized, and working like its still a startup (of 2500 employees!!!) but talk like its an enterprise with targets and formal things. - There is no transparency, you don't really get explanations why you need to move a team or why there is managers change or organization changes, everything is a mystery. - New people are coming, people leave or get fired....like...everyday...I've never seen something crazy like this, and most of the time its really surprising.

Pros

Great colleagues and remote working possible.

Cons

Micromanagement checking your emails, calls etc. You are insignificant here; for the leadership, it is all transactional. Customers are only valued for how much money they can give. You are not allowed to take any leave during the last two weeks of every month. For example, you are not allowed leave in December. You work overtime and have no work-life balance; you hardly get to eat or manage a bathroom break. The company structure could be more organised and neat, especially since they are a listed company. SDRs inbound & outbound, AMs for different groups, and solutions overlays, even one is fighting for the peace of the comms and targets. No proper communication. All different internal systems are not automated and don't talk to each other, so you have to have countless tabs. Yet they mainly work off of g-doc sheets and require you to fill in details manually, which continually is re-repeated on countless other sheets. When leadership asks you for feedback on the areas of struggle, and you give them feedback, they then use it against you and blame you. They are not trustworthy and have no dignity here.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. As part of our new international team, your input is very important. While it’s great to hear you got along with your colleagues, I’m concerned by your description of mismanagement and poor organization. Over the past year, we have scaled extremely quickly, especially in our international segment, and missed out on some opportunities to optimize our team structures and processes. To that end, we have reorganized some of our Sales teams to help align the SDRs, AEs, and AMs more effectively. This should help with communication and process flow across the board. I want to see all of my Account Executives and Account Managers grow and thrive, I’m sorry to hear that you did not feel supported at ZoomInfo. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and I wish you the best of luck in your next career move. Ray Mariano, ZoomInfo Senior Vice President of International Sales
