Pros

Best in-class data provider, nice offices with snacks, plenty of in-office perks (EOM lunches, happy hours, other activities)

Cons

Product rollouts have been chaotic and makes for workload difficult at times. Constant changes to commission structure (twice a year).

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It's great to hear you’ve enjoyed the office environment and perks and being part of a company with a strong product foundation. The last few years have brought an unprecedented amount of change across our market, and I’ve been incredibly proud of how our AM teams have adapted, including embracing what it means to operate as an AI-first organization, in a very short period of time. It's true that as we’ve moved further upmarket, that has required changes to how we structure teams and support the business. But even through that evolution, we've stayed deeply committed to making ZoomInfo a place where people can do their best work and build meaningful careers. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. – Stephen Antuna, ZoomInfo SVP of Account Management

Pros

Nothing Zero Nothing Zero Nothing

Cons

Boiler room culture: All they care about is dial numbers. Not the quality of the calls. I've seen it first hand. Base pay/comp is terrible. I hit quota while I was here, but had to get a 2nd job nights to help pay my bills. ZERO work life balance. (They will deny this statement). Not one of the group I came in with is still there. We were all smart to leave, & are much better off.

We appreciate you sharing your perspective and are sorry your experience did not meet expectations. The SDR role does have defined working hours, with some overtime opportunities depending on business needs. It is also designed to be a strong foundation for building a sales career, and while call activity is an important part of the role, we also invest in coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities across multiple business disciplines. Our compensation is designed to be competitive within the industry, with opportunities to earn above base pay. We’re grateful for your time here and for your feedback. We take concerns about compensation, management support, and work-life balance seriously, and feedback like yours helps inform where we need to improve. – Sean Dwyer, ZoomInfo VP of Sales Development
