The India leaders and their Puppets, Midlevel Politics. They Hire People who are incompetent in their Previous Jobs as Senior Level ICs, Managers, Sr.Managers, example: one of the III B.O lady. Such a OverShow person, She is like one of our Neighbour Aunty Peeping into all her Neighbourhood, she doesn't have anything do with other depts, but she will, just to showoff that She is the only one working in this company and others are just simply Sleeping or wipping the benches off. Such an irritating Drama Queen. and the main reason why people like her survives is one "Bigshow", Another Useless fellow in this Org, making all useless decisions. Guys , if any one is trusting her, pls don't. she is a Chameleon. She will be acting like a Trustworthy person and gather everything from you and Simply Dictate to others. only good thing out the ORG is, 1 out of 4 India leaders is good. That 1 good one you can Trust, he is the only hope for the ORG.
